Kelly has been a professional wardrobe consultant and personal shopper since owning her own clothing boutique in San Diego County.  While assisting her regular clients she realized she had a natural talent to create outfits that complimented individual body types and personal preferences. She put action to this new found passion and Kelly By Design was born. Kelly studied at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising located in the Garment District of Los Angeles. She graduated with a degree in product development.
